Tour Itinerary

Arrival at Delhi

Welcome to Wildlife Tour of India Upon your arrival at Delhi airport, you will receive a garland welcome by the representative of Wander India Tours. After a warm welcome, you will be transferred to our pre-booked hotel. If time permits, in the afternoon, you can have a visit to Old Delhi where you can stroll through crowded Old Delhi and narrow lanes of Chandni Chowk, visit 17th century Jama Mosque, Raj Ghat, and Red Fort. Later, in the evening, you can enjoy dinner at any traditional restaurant in the city. After dinner, stay overnight at the hotel.

Delhi Sightseeing – Ranthambhore

Today after breakfast in the morning, you will go for a half-day sightseeing tour of Delhi city. You can explore the attractions which you have left previous day, attractions include India Gate, President House, Himanyuu’s tomb, Qutab Minar and others. In the afternoon after, you will be transferred to railway station to board a train to Ranthambhore. The train journey will be very comfortable and you can enjoy the spectacular view. After arriving at Ranthambhore, you will be guided to the hotel/resort for an overnight stay.

Ranthambhore National Park

Go for an early morning game drive to the national park. Here, you will pass through dense forest and come across various trees and plants such as Bamboo, Haldu, Arjun, Karu, Tendu, Char. During the safari, you will also find many wildlife creatures such as Tiger, Leopard, Wild dog, Jackal, Sloth bear, Sambar, Indian Bison, Blue Bull, Spotted Deer, Barking Deer, Chausingha, Ratel, Wild Boar, Langur, Flying Squirrel, Rhesus Monkey, Pangolin, barking deer, Porcupine, and others. You will go for another safari in the late afternoon. The Safari rides at Pench national park is the main attraction of the tour. After dinner, stay overnight at the hotel.

Ranthambhore National Park

Todayu’s jeep safari will allow you to visit the lakes, forts and other attractions in the national park. You will take two safaris, one in the early morning and another in the late afternoon. During your jeep safaris, you will come across various dhok trees which are the prime attraction of the park. You can also visit Jogi Mahal which is the fort and the forest rest house. Later, explore poplar lakes inside the park including Padam Talab, the Raj Bagh Talab, the Malik Talab, and others. The evening is free at leisure. After dinner, stay overnight at the hotel.

Ranthambhore Bharatpur Bird Sanctuary.

Today, you will catch an early morning train to Bharatpur. The place is home to famous Bharatpur Bird Sanctuary, also known as Keoladeo Ghana Bird Sanctuary. Upon arrival, you will be transferred to our hotel/resort. Later, leave to explore the bird sanctuary to witness various species of birds such as Painted Storks, Openbill Storks, Egrets, wintering Greylag, Bar-headed Geese, Ducks, Spoonbills, White Ibis, Cranes, Purple Swamphens, Jacanas, and others. The evening is free to experience the beautiful and calm nature of Bharatpur. Later, enjoy the dinner and then stay overnight at the hotel.

Bharatpur Agra

Get up early in the morning for an early morning safari to a Bird sanctuary. Later come back to the resort/hotel for breakfast and then leave for the next destination, Agra. After reaching Agra, check-in at the hotel and refresh yourself. Later, leave to explore the famous attractions including Taj Mahal, Agra Fort, and others. In the evening, you will stroll through the markets of Agra. After dinner, stay overnight at the hotel.

Agra – Corbett National Park

Today, you will visit Taj Mahal in the early morning. During the time of sunset/sunrise, the Taj looks amazing as you can see the changing colors of marbles. This great monument was built by famous Mughal king Shah Jahan for his beloved wife Mumtaj Mahal. Later return back to the hotel for breakfast. After breakfast, you will be driven to Corbett National park which is a long journey of around six to seven hours. On the way, stop for lunch at the roadside restaurant and also some places for refreshment and snacks. Upon arrival, check-in at the pre-booked hotel/resort. After dinner, stay overnight at the hotel.

Jim Corbett National Park

Get up to enjoy the early morning drive to Dhikala forest. Here, you can take the wildlife safari, from Dhangadi gate to Dhikala. During the safari, you will come across various lakes and wildlife creatures such as spotted deer, Barking deer, Sambhar, Barasinga, Tigers, Elephants, and Hyena, Fox, Monitor Lizard, and others. In the afternoon after lunch, you will leave for another jeep safari to Chairs which is the grasslands. Here, you can sport Bengal tigers and various other wildlife creatures.

Jim Corbett Dikhala Zone – Jim Corbett

Today after breakfast, you will go for an excursion to Dhikla zone. You can take a jeep safari to reach the place. If you are a nature lover and want to capture wildlife and nature images, then this safari is ideal for you. You will pass through dense forest and witness diverse flora and fauna of the city. Moreover, you will find different tree species, approximately 50 mammals and more than 600 species of birds. The place is habitat to high altitude Lammergeiers, Steppe Eagles, Himalayan black bear, Himalayan palm civet, Gharial- crocodile, mugger crocodile, and a lot more. In the evening, you will return back to your resort. The evening is free to enjoy your own activities. After dinner, stay overnight at the hotel.

Jim Corbett – Delhi

Today morning, you will again go for an early morning drive. As per the availability, you can go for an elephant ride which would be a lifetime experience. Later return back to the hotel, enjoy a delicious breakfast and then leave back to Delhi. After reaching, check-in at the hotel and refresh yourself. If time permits, you will leave to explore the famous markets of Delhi city especially lively markets of Chandni Chowk. These markets are famous for street food. Later, return to your hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.

Delhi (Departure)

Your Indian Wildlife Safari Tour comes to an end here. After breakfast, you will be transferred to the airport to board a flight back home.
