Arrival at Delhi

Welcome to Golden Triangle Tour with Khajuraho and Varanasi! Upon your arrival at Delhi international airport, you will receive a garland welcome by our representative and then transfer to the pre-booked hotel. Rest of the day is at your leisure or you can pick your own activities. In the evening, you will visit Akshardham to see the sound and light show program. Later, enjoy dinner at any traditional restaurant in the city. After dinner, stay overnight at the hotel.

Delhi Sightseeing

The 2nd day of the tour will go into exploring the beautiful attractions of Delhi. Being a national capital of India, Delhi has a lot to explore. Enjoy the breakfast in the morning and then leave Delhi sightseeing where you visit some prominent attractions like Red Fort, Raj Ghat, Jama Masjid, Chandni Chowk, Qutub Minar, India Gate, President House, Laxmi Narayan Temple, Gurdwara Bangla Sahib, Lotus temple, and others. In the evening, visit the lively markets of Chandhini chowk for street food and shopping. After dinner, stay overnight at the hotel.

Delhi – Jaipur

The next destination of the tour is Jaipur, also known as the Pink city of Rajasthan. After breakfast in the morning, our representative will drive you towards Jaipur. On the way to Jaipur, visit some villages to explore the culture and lifestyle of village people. Later, continue your journey towards the city. Jaipur is the capital city of Rajasthan and well-known for its traditional culture of Rajputana kingdom. After reaching Jaipur, you will check-in to the pre-booked hotel. Rest of the day is at leisure. Later in the evening, you will visit an ethnic restaurant called Chowki Thani. This is a place where you will get to see folk dance program performed by local artists of the Rajasthan state. Here, you will also enjoy a traditional dinner. After a delicious dinner, stay overnight at the hotel.

Jaipur Sightseeing

The 4th day of the tour is to explore the popular attraction of Jaipur city and also experience its vibrant and colorful culture. After breakfast in the morning, you will visit Amber Fort which is located on the top of the hill. You can take an elephant ride to reach in the top of the hill at Amber Fort. In the afternoon, you will return back to the city for lunch. Later, leave to explore the other attractions of the city including Hawa Mahal (a palace of winds), City Palace, Jantar Mantar observatory, and other attractions of the city. In the evening, explore the local markets of the city where you can buy some handicraft products such as artificial jewelry, precious stones, and various other handmade products. Later, enjoy the dinner at any traditional restaurant in the city. After dinner, stay overnight at the hotel.

Jaipur – Agra

After a delicious breakfast in the morning, you will move towards the next destination of the tour, Agra. Agra city is home to various architecture and monuments of Mughal era. On the way to the Agra city, visit Fatehpur Sikri which is UNESCO world heritage site. Upon arrival at Agra, check-in at the hotel and then leave to explore the famous attractions of the city. The first attraction to visit in the city is Taj Mahal which was built by Shah Jahan in memory of his beloved wife, Mumtaz Mahal. The monument is considered a great symbol of love. Also visit other attractions of the city Agra Fort, and others. Later in the evening, enjoy dinner at any Mughlai restaurant and then stay overnight at the hotel.

Agra – Orchha – Khajuraho

After breakfast, you will leave for Jhansi by train where our representative will pick you up and drive you to Khajuraho. On the way, you will stop at Orchha and explore some of the popular attractions there. You can visit attractions like Raj Mahal, Rai Praveen Mahal, Jahangir Mahal, Ram Raja Temple, Laxmi Narayan Temple, Phool Bagh, etc. Also, enjoy your lunch at Orchha. Later continue your journey towards Khajuraho. After reaching, you will check-in at your pre-booked hotel. Rest of the day is at leisure. After dinner, stay overnight at the hotel.

Khajuraho

The Khajuraho city is quite popular for temples of ancient times. These temples are designed with incredible architecture and you will find various painting and arts that depict Hindu Gods and goddess. After breakfast in the morning, you will leave to explore the eastern and western group of temples. Some of the must-visit places in the city include Parasvanath Temple, the Adinath temple and a lot more. In the evening, explore the local markets of the city for shopping. Later return back to your hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.

Khajuraho – Varanasi (Flight / Train)

After a delicious breakfast in the morning, you will be transferred to the Airport to board the flight to Varanasi. Upon your arrival at Varanasi, you will be received by our representative who will transfer you to the pre-booked hotel. Relax for a while in the hotel and the leave to explore the popular temples in the city which include Durga Temple, the Bharat Mata Temple, Tulsi Manas Mandir, Banaras Hindu University, Kashi Vishwanath Temple and others. The evening is free at leisure to enjoy your own activities. After dinner, stay overnight at the hotel.

Varanasi – Sarnath – Varanasi

Get up early in the morning and then leave for a boat ride on the holy river Ganges. Here, you will get to witness the bathing Ghats where you will see 1000s of people worshipping, bathing and praying. Later, return back to your hotel for breakfast. In the afternoon, you will go for a short trip to Sarnath. This is one of the popular Buddhist pilgrimage cities where Lord Buddha gave his first sermon to his followers. Here at Sanath, you will visit ruins, stupa, a Buddhist temple, the Museum, and other attractions. In the evening, you will return back to Varanasi. If time permits, leave to explore the markets of Varanasi or visit the bathing Ghats again. After dinner, stay overnight at the hotel.

Varanasi – Delhi (Departure)

Today comes to an end of your Golden Triangle Tour with Khajuraho and Varanasi. After breakfast in the morning, you will be transferred to Varanasi airport to board a flight to Delhi and then another flight for your onward destination.
