Arrival at Delhi

Wander India Tours welcomes you to the Golden Triangle Tour with Varanasi! On your arrival at Delhi International Airport, you will get a traditional welcome by our representative. Later, you will be transferred to the pre-booked hotel in Delhi- a national capital of India. Rest of the day is at leisure or you can enjoy your own activities. In the evening, you can explore the busy and lively markets of Chandhini Chowk where you can try some delicious street food or engage yourself with some shopping. After dinner, stay overnight at the hotel.

Delhi Sightseeing

Today, the second day of the tour will go into exploring the famous attractions of the city. The Delhi city is categorized into parts; one is Old Delhi and second in New Delhi. After a delicious breakfast in the morning, you will leave to explore the famous attractions of Old Delhi which include Red Fort, Jama Masjid, Raj Ghat, and others. In the afternoon, enjoy the lunch at any traditional restaurant and then leave to explore the prominent attractions of New Delhi including India Gate, President House, Qutub Minar, Humayun’s Tomb, Lotus Temple, and others. Later in the evening, you will return back to your hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.

Delhi – Jaipur

Enjoy the delicious breakfast in the morning and then leave for Jaipur which is the next destination of the tour. Jaipur, also known as the Pink City is known for historical Palaces and Forts. Once, you reach the Jaipur, check-in at the pre-booked hotel. Rest of the day, you are free to enjoy your own or choose your own activities. In the evening, you will stroll through the markets of Jaipur city where you can do some shopping and buy some handicraft products. After dinner, stay overnight at the hotel.

Jaipur Sightseeing

The 4th day of the tour is to explore the famous attractions of the Jaipur city. After breakfast, you will be guided to Amber Fort which is one of the biggest forts in the city. Here, you can even enjoy a traditional elephant ride. Later return back to the city for lunch and exploring other attractions such as Hawa Mahal, City Palace, Jantar Mantar, and others. In the evening, visit Choki Dhani which is an ethnic restaurant where you can enjoy folk dance and singing program, followed by a delicious dinner. After dinner, stay overnight at the hotel.

Jaipur – Agra

The next destination of the tour is Agra. Enjoy the delicious breakfast in the morning and then leave for Agra. En route, visit Fatehpur Sikri which is a UNESCO world heritage site and known for great architecture work. Later continue your journey towards the Agra city. Upon arrival, check-in to the pre-booked hotel. In the evening, explore the local markets of the city, followed by dinner at any traditional Mughlai restaurant. After dinner, stay overnight at the hotel.

Agra Taj Mahal – Varanasi

Get up early in the morning and visit Taj Mahal as it looks stunning during the time of sunrise. You can see the changing colors of marbles of the monument. The great Taj Mahal was built by Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan for his beloved wife Mumtaj Mahal. After visiting the Taj in the morning, return back to your hotel for breakfast. after breakfast, explore famous markets of the city including Agra Fort, Tomb of Akbar, and others. Later, you can go for shopping in the popular local markets in the city. In the evening, you will check-out from the hotel and will be transferred to the railway station to board a train for Varanasi. You will reach Varanasi on the next morning. Delicious dinner will be served in the train itself.

Varanasi

After reaching Varanasi railway station, our representative will guide you to the pre-booked hotel. Refresh yourself for a while and then leave to explore the city. Varanasi is one of the popular pilgrimage cities in India and people from all across the visit here for a holy bliss. Some of the famous pilgrimage attractions of the city are Bharat Mata Temple, Durga Temple, Tulsi Manas Mandir, Banaras Hindu University, Kashi Vishwanath Temple and others. In the evening, visit Ghats or some shopping markets. Later return back to your hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.

Varanasi

Today, you will go for an early morning boat excursion on River Ganges. During a boat ride, you will see various bathing Ghats and cremation sites. Visiting these Ghats is an incredible experience in its own ways. In the afternoon, you will visit Sarnath which is home to the famous Stupa, Buddhist Temple and the museum. In the evening return back to the hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.

Varanasi – Delhi (Departure)
