Arrival at Delhi

Wander India Tours welcomes to the Golden Triangle Tour with Khajuraho!rnUpon your arrival at Delhi International airport, you will be received by our representative. Later, you will be driven to the pre-booked hotel where will get a traditional welcome. The rest of the day is at leisure, you can enjoy your own. In the evening, enjoy the Light and Sound Show program at Red Fort in Delhi. After dinner, stay overnight at the hotel.

Delhi Sightseeing

The second day of the tour is to explore the attractions of Delhi, the national capital of India. The city is divided into two parts, Old Delhi and New Delhi. In Old Delhi, you will get to visit the places that include Red Fort, Jamia Masjid, Chandi Chowk and others. On the other end, the prominent places of New Delhi include India Gate, Laxmi Narayan Temple, Humayunus Tomb, Qutub Minar, Akshardham Temple, and others. In the evening, explore the lively and colorful markets of Old Delhi. Also, visit the National Art Gallery. After dinner, stay overnight at your hotel.

Delhi – Jaipur

After breakfast in the morning, you will be heading towards the next destination which is Jaipur. The Jaipur is also known as the pink city of Rajasthan. Upon arrival at the pink city, you will be transferred to the pre-booked hotel. Rest for a while in the hotel and then leave to explore the attractions like City Palace, Hawa Mahal, and others. In the evening, visit an ethnic resort called Chowki Dhani where one gets to enjoy the folk dance and singing program, followed by dinner. Later come back to your hotel for an overnight stay.

Jaipur – Agra

Today after breakfast, you will leave to visit the Amber fort which is located on the top of the hill. Here, you can enjoy an elephant ride that takes you to the top of the hill. Later, leave for the next destination of the tour which is Agra. En-route Agra, you can enjoy the lunch at a highway restaurant called Dhaba. Also, visit Fatehpur Sikri on the way towards Agra. Fatehpur Sikri is a world heritage site. Upon arrival at the city, check-in at the hotel. In the evening, visit marble factories and local markets. Later, enjoy dinner and then stay overnight at the hotel.

Agra Sightseeing – Khajuraho

Get up early in the morning to visit a beautiful Taj Mahal during sunrise. The Taj is the great monument and symbol of love which was built by Emperor Shah Jahan for his beloved wife Mumtaj Mahal. Sunrise in Taj Mahal is a treat to eyes and an unforgettable experience. Later come back to the hotel, enjoy breakfast and explore other attractions such as Agra Fort, Itmad-Daula Tomb, and others. In the evening, visit the art and handicrafts center of Agra. Later in the evening, you will be transferred to the railway station to board a train for the next destination of the tour which is Khajuraho. Dinner will be served in the train itself. You will reach Khajuraho in the next morning.

Khajuraho

Khajuraho is one of the holiest places in India, famous for temples which are dedicated to Hindu Gods and goddesses. Upon your arrival at Khajuraho, you will be transferred to the pre-booked hotel. Refresh yourself and then leave to explore the temples in Khajuraho. They are quite popular for their artistic work and hold a great history in itself. Later in the afternoon, explore the Western and Eastern temples of Khajuraho. The evening is at leisure to enjoy your own.

Khajuraho – Delhi (Departure)
